PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE READING, SIGNING UP, PURCHASING, OR USING THIS SERVICE. BY READING, SIGNING UP, PURCHASING, OR USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

These general sales conditions apply to all transactions made through the websites or vía electronic transfer within the en.marybelgo.com network.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

These general sales conditions apply to all transactions or form submissions made through the en.marybelgo.com websites (MARYBEL GO), considered “the seller”. Any individual or legal entity who signs up and/or places an order is considered a "customer."

WARRANTIES

These services are provided "as is" without warranties or promises. The seller offers no express or implied warranties regarding the service, including but not limited to any implied warranty of results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information, content, methods, techniques, strategies, "know-how," course materials, and any other material provided by MARYBEL GO or its licensors (hereinafter referred to as "Confidential Information") are the exclusive property of MARYBEL GO and are protected by copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property laws. The Customer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Confidential Information accessed and not to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, disclose, or share it with third parties, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from MARYBEL GO. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, immediate termination of this agreement, and the permanent suspension of the Customer's account on the MARYBEL GO platform or any related services.

REFUNDS

All sales of these services are final. No refunds will be granted for any reason.

LIABILITY

The seller is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use these services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Marybel GO is not responsible for customer results, as each client's circumstances vary and may impact the final outcome, including dedication, performance, personal commitment, approach to challenges, responsibility in addressing emerging situations, application of acquired knowledge, etc.

DATA AND IMAGE USAGE

By registering your data, you consent to the unrestricted use of your data, images in video recordings, Zoom sessions, written or recorded testimonials, and audios obtained during the use of our platforms, social networks, or acquired services. These materials are the property of Marybel GO and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. This is done to showcase the benefits our services provide to our clients and other internal use and means.

PRICING

Prices are listed in US dollars and do not include taxes (subject to the 16% Mexican VAT rate). If an invoice is required, please add the additional 16% to the listed service cost before purchase and send your complete tax information to: hola@marybelgo.com.

PAYMENTS

Depending on the acquired service:

• Courses or one-on-one sessions: Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

• 1 : 1 Therapeutic Sessions: Payment is due immediately upon order placement for whatever sessions pack that is chosen (1, 4, 8 or 12 sessions pack)

• Memberships: Payment is due immediately upon order placement and every 30 days after the subscription date (monthly).

  • According to the payment method of your choice, your monthly subscription will automatically renew within 24 hrs. prior to the end of the current period.

  • Any promotion will be honored on the time and manner stated on the offer.

You may pay with a credit or debit card. Cards issued by banks outside Mexico must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). American Express is not accepted. Secure online payments are processed via Mercado Pago or PayPal or others. The transmitted information is encrypted according to industry standards and cannot be read during transmission over the network. Any security guarantees for this system are the sole responsibility of Mercado Pago and PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.

SERVICE DELIVERY

Service delivery occurs on the same day the purchase is made and confirmed if your payment was made via Mercado Pago or PayPal. If payment is made via Oxxo or wire transfer, the payment is verified within a 24-72 hrs. span after a proof of purchase ticket is sent to be verified and be given access to our services. The proof of purchase ticket is sent via whatsapp or e-mail. We will not be held accountable for denying our services due to the lack of a legible proof of purchase tickets with the requested data written clearly and legibly, along with typing correctly your correct e-mail address to be notified. The risk of being unable to access your account lies on you from the moment of purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing the MARYBEL GO service platform, it is your responsibility to notify us promptly to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

ACTS OF BAD FAITH

Any malicious or bad faith actions or comments that unjustly harm the reputation and good image of MARYBEL GO, its collaborators, and/or customers will result in immediate and permanent termination of membership and access to all MARYBEL GO’s services.

APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of MARYBEL GO.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter of this agreement. By reading, signing up, purchasing or using these services on en.marybelgo.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not read, register, purchase, or use these services.
